    Greetings of Peace!

    This pertains to the Electrification Projects under Basic Education Facilities Fund
    CY 2020, this office would like to ask for an update on the revision of the plans of
    DGSABAL NHS and Sta. Ana NHS Electrification Project through Engr. Jason Maula and
    Engr. Felix Macarandan.
    The Pre-construction for these projects was conducted on November 12 which
    was attended by Engr. Jason and Engr. Macarandan together with Mis Or. Division office
    Engineering Team and Meter King Ent. Representatives (Contractor). It was proposed
    by Engr. Felix and Engr. Jason to revise the plan for installation.

    With this, it is our fervent request to give us an update on the plan revision
    status. Also we would like to inform your office that, since there is a proposed revision
    of the plans, the contractor has also submitted a suspension of work for them to
    recompense for the delay and would not affect their performance.

    We are hoping for a favorable action on this matter.
