CDS/ISIS for Windows (Winisis) is a bibliographic software that was started in 1985 by UNESCO. It can be used to create many databases with up to 16 million records each stored on a computer with minimum requirements of a 486 processor at 40MHz, 8MB RAM, 4MB hard disk space, and running Windows 3.1 or higher. The software allows for Boolean searches, importing/exporting data, and linking databases.
