Description of role and Role Description
expectations • Identify new data sources to enrich CW data platform
(for each role) • Develop data models to help arrive at business insights that add
value to the customer
• Define user dashboards and notifications to ensure great customer
experience
• Identify new use cases for existing solutions and adapt the offering
to suit new use cases
• Define product roadmaps by prioritizing features based on business
impact while managing complex dependencies
• Develop product requirements document with clearly articulated
user stories
• Glean insights from product analytics on user behaviour and feature
performance
• Assist the sales team on proposals from a solutioning perspective
• Design sense: coordinate with the UX team in feature prototyping
and testing
• Conduct users research (contextual inquiry, surveys and interviews)
to gather feedback and new requirements
• Business Acumen: Perform a detailed competitor analysis for each
feature/ use case
Mandatory Qualifications
• BE/ B.Tech and MBA from a top-tier schools in India/ abroad

• 3+ years of experience in building SaaS products
• 1+ years or experience as a business analyst/ product analyst/
product manager
Preferred Qualifications
• Proficient in creating wireframes and mock-ups on paper and tools
such as Balsamiq, Axure, Moqups etc.
• Working knowledge of web applications (HTML, CSS, Ruby, AWS
etc.)
Personality Traits
• Influencing without authority
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Diligent and detail oriented
Location (s) Bangalore

Salary Monetary Component: INR 30,000


Others (Ex: Accommodation, meals, travel allowance etc.): Standard
benefits include travel reimbursements, initial 2 weeks accommodation &
lunch. However, this shall be confirmed closer to the start date depending
