Compensatory Absence Plan
Compensatory time covers Employee working excess hours outside of their regular work schedule,
With the specified organization policy employees can record absences against the defined
compensatory plan when they take time off in the future.
Configuration Absence Plan can for compensatory off can be handled in two part described below
In participation details user can define Enrollment, Balance disposition and eligibility Rule.
Updating Plan rule:->
Under Plan Rule user can define
Vesting rule: Period under which employee can earn the comp time but can’t avail that against leave
Payment Percentage:
Balance Frequency Source: Can be selected from drop down
Celling rule: Celling limit is cap amount of earn Comp time.
Associating Absence type with absence plan
For using the absence plan, should be associated with absence type , User can attached Plan with
any existing Comp absence type or can created new one and attached , While attaching the plan user
have to select priority and effective date ( effective date define the date from which absence plan
will be active with the selected absence type, and based on the priority it will be effective.
Manual Process: It’s not a slandered Practice and used only for the testing purpose under
development phase
Scheduled Process: In Absence Processes user can execute Update Accrual Plan Enrolments with
required Parameters
After successful execution of process employee will be enrolled with the plan from dated used as
parameter in Update Accrual Plan Enrolments
