years of service would be a great reward. This will inspire them to perform even better,
increase job satisfaction and reduce turnover rates. Furthermore, this investment in staff
members will help to reduce the larger cost of replacing employee.
4. Creating opportunity for the staff members to attend and present papers in the seminars,
workshops conducted by the various national, international organization would help them
in their professional and career development and would be a good reward.
5. Job rotation can also be done. Shifting employees between different functions will help
them to understand roles and responsibilities from different viewpoints, boost
