O Pull-out load
The pull-out value Fz is the load whic must
be exerted in the axial direction of the fa-
stener to pull the fastening out of the sub-
structure. It is dependent only upon the
type of fastener and the substructure.
Part I
O Pull over load
The pull over value Fu is the load which
must be exerted in the axial direction of
the fastener to cause the failure of the
attached material by pulling it over the
head of the fastener. It is dependent only
upon the type of fastener and the
substructure and the material being
Part II attached.
O Shear load
The shear load value Fq ist the load which
must be exterted perpendicular to the or-
ginal axis of the fastener to cause the fai-
lure of the substructure or of the material
being atteched. It is dependent only upon Legend:
the type of fastener and the substructure St37 = 375 N/mm2
and the material being attached. St52 = 530 N/mm2
Alu = 230 N/mm2
