    AFFIDAVIT OF SERVICE

             I, MARIO B. DELA CRUZ, of legal age, Filipino, single and a resident
    of 232 Street, Biday, San Fernando City, La Union, after having been duly
    sworn to in accordance with law, depose and state:

    1. That I am employed as a messenger of Atty. Rossette S. Anasario with office


    address at CDE LAW FIRM, 3RD FLOOR, SAN FERNANDO CITY, LA UNION;

    2. That on November 20, 2019, I served a copy of the following pleading/paper


    by registered mail in accordance with Sec. 10 of Rule 13 of the Rules of
    Court:

    PRE TRIAL BRIEF OF THE DEFENDANT AND THIRD PARTY
    COMPLAINANT

    in the post office in a sealed envelope, plainly addressed to the third party
    defendant’s lawyer at his office with postage fully paid, as evidenced

    master to return the mail to sender after ten (10) days if undelivered.
