Initial Public Offering (“IPO”) of Mr D.I.Y. Group (M) Berhad (“Mr DIY”)
Bumiputera Allocation
CIMB Investment Bank Berhad (“CIMB”) and Maybank Investment Bank Berhad (“Maybank”) are the Joint Principal
Advisers, Joint Global Coordinators, Joint Bookrunners, Joint Managing Underwriters and Joint Underwriters for the
Mr DIY IPO.
Reference is made to the Allocation Letter from the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (“MITI”) addressed
to you on MITI’s decision on your allocation of ordinary shares in Mr DIY (“Mr DIY Shares”) at an indicative price
of RM1.60 per Mr DIY Share.
Tricor Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn Bhd (“Tricor”) will act under the authority of Mr DIY, CIMB and
Maybank and will assist in collecting the payment for Mr DIY Shares offered to you and all the documents mentioned
below.
This letter is important and sets out instructions for the following:
(1) return of your acceptance via the “Surat Aku terima”;
(2) payment for the Shares allocated to you pursuant to the Bumiputera Offering of Mr DIY IPO;
(3) ensure the CDS account number provided in your submission to MITI is correct; and
(4) return of original Delivery Instruction Form (“DIF”) to Tricor Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn Bhd
(“Tricor”) for the purpose of shares crediting and refund of the difference in the event the final price is less
than RM1.60 per Mr DIY Share.
Failure to comply with any of these instructions may result in your allocation of Mr DIY Shares to be cancelled and
such shares to be reallocated to other parties.
You should note that all documents and remittances so lodged with us will be irrevocable and cannot be
subsequently withdrawn and will constitute your irrevocable acceptance and subscription for the Mr DIY Shares
allocated to you.
No acknowledgement will be issued by Tricor for the receipt of the documents or the application monies.
1. SURAT AKUTERIMA
Please ensure that you accept your allocation by printing out a hard copy of the “Surat Aku Terima” from
MITI’s website which is to be submitted together with the DIF. The submission of the Surat Aku Terima and
the DIF must be delivered together by hand or courier by 5:00pm on 8 October 2020 (Thursday).
You are advised to read and understand the entire prospectus for the Mr DIY IPO before deciding whether
or not to invest in Mr DIY Shares. You should rely on your own evaluation to assess the merits and risks of
the Mr DIY IPO and an investment in the Mr DIY Shares. If you are in doubt, you should immediately consult
a professional adviser before accepting your allocation under this Mr DIY IPO.
2. PAYMENT
Payment Period The payment period for the Shares is from 8 October 2020 to 12 October 2020.
Payment must be received by Tricor, latest by 5:00 p.m. on 12 October 2020
(“Payment Deadline”). Please be informed that payment received after the
aforesaid cut-off time will be returned without interest to you.
Payment Amount The payment amount due from you is equal to: (i) the number of Mr DIY Shares
allocated to you by MITI for which you have accepted via the “Surat Aku Terima”,
multiplied by (ii) RM1.60 per Mr DIY Share.
This amount is payable in full and subject to a refund of the difference in the event
that the final price is less than RM1.60 per Mr DIY Share. Note that the final price
for your Mr DIY Shares will be the Institutional Price to be determined pursuant to
the global institutional offering by way of bookbuilding.

CDS Account Investors need to ensure that the CDS account is active and the information,
i.e. CDS account and investor particulars provided in the application, is correct
and does not belong to a third party, failing which, the application will be
rejected and your application money will be refunded without interest to you.
4. CDS AND BANK ACCOUNT DIF FOR SHARES CREDITING AND REFUND (IF APPLICABLE)
CDS and Bank CIMB, Maybank and Tricor will only accept original DIF duly signed by the
Account Details via Investors. Investors need to ensure that the original DIF is received by Tricor
DIF latest by 5.00p.m. on 8 October 2020 at the following address:

Details of CDS provided in DIF must be the same with the CDS account details
provided during the application. In the event the details are not the same, your
application will be rejected and your application money will be refunded without
interest to you.
In the event the final price is less than RM1.60 per Mr DIY Share, Tricor has the
right to refund the money by crediting into Investor’s bank account (the same
bank account provided to Bursa Depository for the purposes of cash dividend /
distribution) or if the Investor have not provided such bank account information to
Bursa Depository, the balance of Application monies will be refunded via banker’s
draft sent by ordinary / registered post the Investor’s last address maintained with
Bursa Depository.
Tricor will refund the money to the registered bank account maintained with Bursa
Depository (the same bank account provided to Bursa Depository for the
purposes of cash dividend / distribution) through e-Refund Platform and the
refund method is the same as provided in the Prospectus.

Investors under share financing need to fill up the share financing box provided
in the DIF and state the name of the Financial Institution providing the financing.
No third party refund is allowed and CIMB / Maybank / Tricor will not attend to
such request.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
(i) CIMB / MAYBANK / TRICOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT YOUR SUBSCRIPTION IN THE EVENT
THAT YOUR NAME IS OMITTED OR INCOMPLETE OR PAYMENT IS MADE VIA INTERBANK GIRO (IBG)
WHICH IS NOT PERMITTED.
(ii) KINDLY LIAISE WITH YOUR FINANCIER IF YOUR SUBSCRIPTION IS UNDER SHARE FINANCING.
(iii) ANY MATTERS RELATING TO PAYMENT AND SETTLEMENT WILL BE DETERMINED BY CIMB AND
MAYBANK IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE GUIDELINES STIPULATED ABOVE. IN THE EVENT OF ANY
DISPUTE, CIMB’S AND MAYBANK’S DECISION WILL BE FINAL AND CONCLUSIVE.
