TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SERVICE AGREEMENT BETWEEN MAHARAT ALAYADI

RECRUITMENT OFFICE & SALSABIL RECRUITING AGENCY LIMITED

I. Sending CV

 Applicants weight must be medium or small and must have high school or speak good English communication.
 Applicants age must not be more than 35 years, details mentioned in the CV must be correct and applicant’s picture
must not be edited or photoshopped.
 Must not send CVs without Good Conduct, Medical Report, Training Certificate. Must be ready for submission to MOL
and to the Saudi Embassy.

II. Deployment

 Selected applicants must be deployed within 30-45 days with complete documents such as Good Conduct, Medical
Report, Training Certificate and Passport must be valid.
 50 USD penalty for each week in case of delay in deploying the applicant more than 45 days from contracting.
 After stamping the passport from the Saudi Embassy, the applicant must be deployed within and not more than 5 days.

III. Payment Terms

 1500 USD for selected Housemaid.


 Ex-abroad Housemaids will receive 1000 SAR/monthly salary, while the 1st timer is 850 SAR/monthly.
 800 USD for Housemaids with calling visa, and 550 USD for calling visa or selected drivers.
 Must commit with the agreed price and not increase in the future, 1 st party has the right to terminate the agreement
and take legal actions against the Kenyan office if occurred.
 Payment will be transferred within 2 days after passport stamping, and must provide pictures of stamped passports.

IV. Refuse/Backout/Escape Policy

 In case of backout or refuse work, Kenyan office must inform the Saudi office immediately and provide replacement
within and not more than 5 days from uploading the contract on MUSANED.
 In case of misunderstandings or problems between the applicant and its employer/family, Saudi office must solve the
issue immediately and if the issue is from the employer/family, the applicant will be transferred to a different
employer/family. Otherwise, if the issue is from the applicant, applicant will be deported immediately, fees of 1500
USD and the expenses will be charged to the Kenyan office.
 In case of escape within 180 days, Kenyan office will be charged an amount of 2500 SAR.

V. Kenyan office must not register another foreign agency without our consent
