Introduction:
The project is based on Employee Management and is developed as a part of
project for the fulfillment of the BSc-IT degree.
Project:
Our system is based on Employee Management in Organizations for tasks such
as employee task assigning, how much confirmed, what is the progress status of
employee, etc. This project is developed in the name of Employee management system.
Objective:
The Small to Middle-Scale Industries do not have that much finance to keep a
separate team to handle the employees and their related services. And to maintain the
flow of company it is necessary to have an eye on workflow and employee’s given task,
and this is exactly what we are doing.
Scope:
This android application can be used to support these small-scale industries to
manage their employees and their tasks. In the future, this application can be modified
so that we can also add other important things such as complaint box to store
complaints, live chats, payroll system etc.
Existing System:
Currently every small to medium scale company requires manual integration of
data and management of different-different processes. Company requires different
systems for Human Resource Information, Project Management and Client and Product
Management because of which errors occur and duplicate records are maintained.
Searching and tracking of information becomes complex and time consuming.
Proposed System:
Proposed system should consist of application program on one hand and a
database on the other hand. The program should perform the basic operations upon the
database as retrieving, inserting, updating and deleting data. Any additional
functionality is a goal of further module development. The interface of the program
should be user friendly, and program should be easy to use as possible. In the proposed
system contents will be well organized, searching overhead will be drastically reduced
as the result of maintaining separate discussion forum per subject for every class.
System Requirements:
1. Secure Login using number and password for different users of the application.
2. To avoid duplication of records and reduce the time of searching the records.
3. Manager can add new employee. Manager can add new task & it can be assigned
to any employee and can transfer task of one employee to another employee.
4. Employee has access to only their account in which he/she can view tasks & add
compliant & update current status of task.
5. Manager can view current status of task, updated by employee as well as can see
employee's complaints.
