With reference to the discussion we had recently, on behalf of Welcon Financials Pvt Ltd,

Welcon Financials Pvt Ltd, known as “Welfin”, an Integrated Financial Services Company,
committed to “create true value” to further client relationships and cater client base with
our various bouquet of services.
The company has provided integrated custom made solutions in services areas and has
already carved a niche in the market place.

We would like to provide you with the below mentioned details for application towards
Advisor / Master Franchisee:
1.You would have to apply for Advisor or Master Franchisee Module for registration to start
the business.
2.You need to fill up the Empanelment Form with required documents.
3.You need to pay the registration fees of Rs.450/- for Advisor Module & Rs. 750/- for
Master Franchisee Module as required by the company.
4.After application towards registration you will be provided with the Welcome Letter in soft
copy as well in Hard copy. Letter contains all necessary information like Code, software user
id & password etc.
5.You can refer or introduce as many Advisor as you can in any place in the Eastern region
under your Master Franchisee.
6. All sorts of supports will be provided by Area Manager directly or indirectly from Kolkata
regional Office.
Registration for Advisor:

You need to provide with the following documents for the registration:
a. Copy of Pan Card
b. Copy of Address Proof
c. Photo- 1 copy
e. Registration Fees of Rs.450/- in favour Welcon Financials Pvt Ltd.

Registration for Master Franchisee:

You need to provide with the following documents for the registration:
a. Copy of Pan Card
b. Copy of Address Proof
c. Photo- 1 copy
e. Registration Fees of Rs.750/- in favour Welcon Financials Pvt Ltd.
f. Security Deposit of Rs.45000/- in favour of Welcon Financials Pvt Ltd or AUM of 50 lakh

4. As an Advisor, you will receive Weekly & Monthly MIS report in your mail id.
5. As an Advisor, you will receive the Brokerage Calculation sheet in your mail id for
verification before realisation of the Pay out.
6. As an Advisor, you will get the Additional Support:
a. Jointly business development plan monthly basis.
b. Monitoring the above plan on regular basis to achieve the same.
c. Provisions for banners, pamphlets, brochure etc.
d. Support towards required certificates for Mutual Fund.

Benefits as a Master Franchisee:


1. As a “Master Franchisee”, you will enjoy the brokerage of GOLD Category for
individual business logged directly.
2. As a “Master Franchisee”, you will be eligible for the revenue from all advisors
recruited.
3. As a “Master Franchisee”, you will earn the GAP brokerage as designed by the
Company ( Between GOLD & SILVER ).
4. As a “Master Franchisee”, you will also earn Monthly Upfront as designed from
all monthly SIP introduced by your advisor.
5. As a “Master Franchisee”, you will be eligible for Yearly Trail as designed by the
company.
6. As a “Master Franchisee”, you will receive Weekly & Monthly MIS report in your
mail id.
7. As a “Master Franchisee”, you will receive the Brokerage Calculation sheet in
your mail id for verification before realisation of the Pay out.
8. As a “Master Franchisee”, you will get the Additional Support:
a. Jointly business development plan monthly basis.
b. Monitoring the above plan on regular basis to achieve the same.
c. Seminar with prospective clients as per requirements.
d. Research support for valuable clients.
e. Provisions for banners, pamphlets, brochure etc.
f. Support towards required certificates for Mutual Fund.

Master Franchisee Agreement:


As soon as we receive the above mentioned documents, we will send the Agreement copy
within a week for final signature from your end.
