check the green light on run rate to see if we have approve on starting work

1.Site awarded on Run Rate:

A.Pull all docs for the site. Verify what is loaded into WO is correct.

 JSA, RFDS, CD, SA, MA, NTP, Green sheet(LS105) if available.


 Check for any discrepancies (Site ID, PACE ID, CL, AZ. Ant. Or RRU location, Mod.
Needed).
 Verify Scope of Work.
 Check plumbing for materials.

2.First day of CX:

A. Assign GC and crew to WO in AccuV.


i. Add needed tabs to WO for daily check-in and VQA. need to add pre con, daily
progress photos and Daily JSA first day to ACCUV.

B. Reach out to crew and establish communication.


C. Once crew logs in verify all daily compliance.
i. EIM screenshot and send pre logs. Check for pre existing alarms. Establish CIQ
for site.
ii. Daily JSA.
iii. Certifications (OSHA 10, one crew member must have 30, RF, First Aid/CPR,
Certified climber/Rescue.
iv. Daily site photos.
D. Go over SOW and materials first day.
i. Establish if materials are needed.
ii. Request RET WS to be turned in by day 2 or ASAP on RRU adds.
E. Establish an ECD estimated completion time and hold
them accountable each day for completion.
F. Add notes in Planner daily.

3. Material up scopes:

A. Verify what the crew is asking for to verify it is truly needed.

B. Send in up scope request. Make sure you know what is needed and have a specific reason for
the needed request.

C. Follow up with request and establish if delivery is needed or if crew will pick up. Delivery will
need the location of site, crew lead name and number and time needed.

4. Daily site progression:


A. Make sure to follow up every morning, mid-day and evening with crew to verify job is staying
on schedule.

 Make sure there are no surprises that will hold up ECD


 Verify daily photos to make sure SOW is being done correctly
 Always look for safety issues

5. Scripting and Troubleshooting the site:

A. Have crew turn in RET WS

B. Set up XTAC ticket through Freshdesk link. Make sure everyone needed is on email chain.

C. Follow up with XTAC for script and Troubleshooting.

D. Work with crew on 5 steps to 20.

E. Verify site is alarm free.

VQA:

A. Make sure all tabs are needed for the build.


B. Make sure crew is capturing all that is needed for each tab.
C. Hold crew accountable for all tabs and good slow videos to be able to catch all needed
information.
D. VQA is not only for compliance and set standards, but also for future reference to the site
for scoping purposes.
E. Complete VQA, redline docs needed, complete PM501 and merged video for hand off.

Complete Planner:

A. Planner need to be filled out each day with updates from the crew and ECD.
B. Make sure the planner never goes outdated (will explain)
C. Add needed people to your planner so we can see progress.
D. Handoff to Efrain once site is complete and ready for handoff.
E. Need to send 20 email for site finalization

 Set up XTAC ticket through Freshdesk link. Make sure everyone needed is on email chain.
 Follow up with XTAC for script and Troubleshooting.
 Work with crew on 5 steps to 20: break down

 Establish CIQ
