    Dear Parents/Guardians,

    Greetings!

    We all are aware that the Covid-19 (Corona Virus) pandemic has taken significant toll on people of Nepal and worldwide. There
    is a dire impact in all sectors industries, banking, travel and tourism, transport, agriculture and education. Our prime
    responsibility now is to protect and prevent ourselves, our family members, along with our communities. We believe that our
    understanding, mutual cooperation and unified effort will help us all combat this pandemic together.

    We wish all students, parents and guardian’s wellbeing and earnestly request you to apply all measures of safety at home and in
    your respective communities. Education is the most sensitive part of our society and unfortunately this has been badly affected
    by Covid-19 from the beginning of our Academic Session. However, we concentrated all our effort and ideas right from the
    beginning to keep our students engaged in virtual learning. We communicated with all of the students, created their email ID’s
    and involved every faculty member and student in online classes. It seems the situation will prolong until a remedy is discovered
    or its vaccine is availed to all nations. Therefore, we have to cope with this pandemic and continue our online teaching and
    learning to further extent. So far, we have given online Unit Tests and are still planning to conduct Terminal Exam, Project
    Assignment, and Oral Evaluation to manage our academic spirit to its required level. We are also closely working with
    Cambridge University to introduce appropriate methods to make our teaching-learning more effective.

    We owe it to our teachers and staffs who have played a vital role in making these virtual classes successful with their consistent
    dedication and hard work. Planning, preparing and running online classes in this undesirable circumstance are much more time-
    consuming and painstaking compared to face-to face classes. The primary source to support our teachers and staff is the fees
    that you pay towards your child’s education.We realize that you may also be facing similar circumstances as we are now.
    However, we have to acknowledge the fact that teachers and staff, have been engaged throughout the academic session by
    making sure there is no delay in education to our students. Therefore, we cordially request our parents/guardians to clear the
    dues of our last academic session and deposit the tuition fees of July and August in one of the bank accounts mentioned below:
