ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

Alhamdulillah, we are very grateful to Allah S.W.T that we finally completed our group
project assignment as we have been attributed by our Business Process Reengineering (ASM
652) lecturer. The assignment is based on what we have learn through the syllabus in Business
Process Reengineering subject. We were given a task to do an analysed about business process
improvement of the Project Department in Glenmarie Cove Development Sdn Bhd.

First of all, we would like to thank our lecturer, Madam Nini for her guidance, giving an
explanation and teach us on how to organize the assignment properly. Not to forget, to all of our
family, friends and classmates who have helps us a lot and supported us to complete the
assignment before the due date.

Last but not least, this assignment is regarding to the implementation of ‘AS IS’ process
and ‘TO BE’ process in the Project Department of the company. The company that we have
choose is the Glenmarie Cove Development Sdn Bhd. There a lot of problems that need to
improve in the Project Department of the company to ensure the company can achieve their goal
and increased their profits. Hence, the department need to implement the ‘AS IS’ and ‘TO BE’
processes to make sure the company can run and operated smoothly in a long-term.
