Notice

This is with reference to the earlier notifications dated 19.10.2020 and


06.11.2020 for willingness against the vacant seats in B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) and
LL.M. Programme, and B.A.LL.B. (Hons.) Programme under 'Sons/Daughters of
Defence Personnel deployed in UP or Defence Personnel of UP either retired or
killed/disabled in action' or 'Dependents of Freedom Fighters of UP Category'
respectively. In furtherance of the above, on the basis of willingness received
from the candidates and taking into the consideration their merit in CLAT-2020,
the lists of provisionally shortlisted candidates are mentioned below:

*Provisional Admission shall be given to top 05 eligible applicants strictly based on
their merit in CLAT-2020. The fee deposited by the remaining applicants will be

Important Instructions
1. The Candidates whose names are appearing in the above lists are required to fill the
admission form and deposit the required fees i.e. Rs. 65000.00 for B.A. LL.B.
(Hons.). The last date for filling of Admission Form and to deposit the required
fee is 24.11.2020. After the last date, no application shall be considered.
The candidates can submit their Admission form and deposit their required fee

2. The candidate is required to upload the scanned copies of following original


documents in the Google form for provisional admission (link is given above):-
• Admit Card and Score Card of CLAT-2020
• High School/Secondary School Mark sheet and certificate in support of proof
of age.
• Mark sheet and certificate of Intermediate or an equivalent examination.
• Conduct/Character certificate from the Head of Institution, last attended.
• Transfer and Migration certificate from the Institution, last attended.
• Affidavit of year gap, if any
• Soft copy of recent colour photograph of the candidate and signatures of
candidate and parents/guardian (.jpg format).
• Valid caste certificate in case of reservation under categories of SC/OBC/EWS
of UP (OBC caste certificate should not be more than 6 months old as on the
date of counseling).
• Certificate applicable in the case horizontal reservation. (please see the note
below)

3. After submitting prescribed Admission Form and depositing the required fees, the
candidate will receive the confirmation of provisional admission on his/her
registered email id as provided by the candidate.
4. Merely submission of Admission Form/Deposition of fee shall not entitle a
candidate for admission. Admission shall be subject to the verification of
documents/eligibility conditions. Admission will be given based on CLAT-
2020 All India Rank.

Note:
Candidates who have been offered admission under 'Sons/Daughters of Defence Personnel
deployed in Uttar Pradesh or Defence Personnel of Uttar Pradesh either retired or
killed/disabled in action' or 'Dependents of Freedom Fighters of Uttar Pradesh' will have to
attach the scanned copy of original certificate issued by the competent authority in the
prescribed format in support of their claims for reservation. Dependents of Defence Personnel
(Retired, killed or disabled in action) of U.P. should produce certificate issued by 'ZILA SAINIK
KALYAN AVAM PUNARWAS ADHIKARI' in support of their claim for reservation.
