Power Backup
All our POPs are backed with redundant power supply and none of the POP ever
Interrupted/stripped due to public power failure since last year. The link would be connected through FON Link
which is surge protected.

Bandwidth Allocation / Monitoring

Jhongkar IT allocates bandwidth to its clients through Bandwidth Manager Devices (Cisco, Blue Coat –
Packet Shaper & Mikrotik etc). This is an IP based solution and assigns bandwidth against IP of concerned
client.

The following web based interface allows clients viewing their bandwidth through Real IP; using this Interface
they’ll be able to monitor their concerned bandwidth usage from the web. Reports can be generated on daily,
weekly, and on monthly basis. There is a sample screenshot of usage statistics.

Description
General & Technical Support ( 7x24x365 basis )

Terms & Conditions:

1. Monthly Service charges are to be paid within the 10th of the current month.
2. Applicable VAT and government fees/taxes (if any) are including with this price.
3. This offer will remain valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
4. 50% Payment Advance When Connection Up.
4. Above Prices are subject to change if any new tariff imposed by BTRC.
5. Minimum contract period is 24 months.
6. Early termination of a connection must be notified 30(Thirty) days in advance, and upon clearance of the
due charges.
7. Disclosure of this document in full or in part to any third party will void this offer.
8. User must ensure stabilized & surge-free electrical connection to all installed equipments at the client's
premises.
9. The client will be liable for any damage to the supplied equipments that may occur from problems related
to power, burglary, fire, rain, leakage, etc.
10. The client needs to agree to sign the Service Level Agreement (SLA) with Jhongkar IT in the prescribed
form.
11. Implementation for per location need 3-7 days from the date of receiving work order.
12. Jhongkar IT will retain the ownership of those equipments provided for smooth operation of the
network at its own cost. After the contract period is over or if client does not wish to continue the
service then Jhongkar IT will bring back the equipments and associated accessories (if any). Any sort
of damage to the equipment will have to be borne by the client.
13. Please note that this Bandwidth must not be used for any unlawful or prohibited, e.g. activity by all the
current and future policies and rules of both BTRC and the Government of Bangladesh.
14. Any bandwidth down gradation notice should be confirmed before 30 days of date effective.
