2.0 BUSINESS REASONS FOR PROJECT

An ERP software has proved to be a very useful and effective tool with regards to handling specific features
and departments within a production based company or industry. Majority of such corporations, regardless of
their size, use an ERP system to manipulate their tactics, streamline their operations, and develop more of
their profitability. An ERP software program gives them get real-time accurate statistics, and helps them
display the effectiveness of employees operating on their work floor, so one can make more knowledgeable
and timely decisions, and make the organization more efficient.

3.0 PROJECT OBJECTIVES (PURPOSE)

The objective of the ERP Business Transformation Strategy is to modernize and integrate business processes
and systems which will help to Improve Service Experience.

 Modernize Business Processes and Systems
 Automate Business Solutions
 Increase Operating Efficiency
 Provide Access to Standardized Collective Data

4.0 PROJECT SCOPE

The project scope could be defined by using the principal SMART.

S: Specific, To Material Management.


M: Measurable, The following project would be achieved by looking at the adequate resources in the
organization and how many employees are to be given access to the ERP Software.
A: Achievable, All the employees are taken into consideration so that the project is attainable and not
impossible to achieve.
R: Realistic, The project is within the reach of all employees and is relevant and will be benefiting the
organization as a whole.
T: Timely, This project has the clearly defined time-line and dead-line which is very important for
implementation of any project.

5.0 PROJECT DELIVERABLES

The major deliverables that can be get from this project are-

6.0 KEY ISSUES
