Gonzalez-Romero did, on Dec 20, 2020 at approximately 06:59 PM in RICHMOND County, GEORGIA, commit the
offense of: MURDER - Felony in violation of O.C.G.A 16-5-1, a Felony under the laws of the state of GEORGIA, in that
said accused on the above stated date and time, did unlawfully and with malice aforethought cause the death of another
human being, namely: Christina Govea-Cervantes, by stabbing said victim in her abdomen with a knife causing
her death. Said offense occurred tt 3362 in Augusta, Richmond County, Georgia. Said accused and the victim
have children together.

have in his possession a knife with a blade in excess of 3 inches during the commission of a crime, to-wit: Murder
