Nose – is the sense organ for smelling.

Layers of the Skin


Epidermis – the outermost layer.
Dermis – this is where the blood vessels and
many different endings are located.
Subcutaneous Fatty Layer – fat that acts as a
cushion when you accidentally bump into
something.

Ailments of the Skin


Boil (pigsa) – the infection characterized by
pus and tenderness of the skin.
Scabies (galis aso) – contagious disease
caused by parasites. The skin is very itchy and
acquires many rashes.
Tinea Flava(an an) – a fungal infection that
appears as white spots on different parts of the
body.
