 INSTRUCTIONS FOR COMPOSITE BA/MA

(Read carefully before filling the form)

1. Examination admission form duly completed in all respects along with fee receipt should reach the office of
the controller of Examination, Hazara University on or before the last date notified for the purpose failing,
which Late/ Double/ Triple fee as well as fine will be charged.
2. Examination fee should be deposited at designated branches of National Bank of Pakistan on the receipt
prescribed for Hazara University Fee remitted through Money Orders will not be accepted.
3. Each candidate (Male/Female) must staple/paste three (03) identical passport size photographs
with blue background, duly attested, at the specified places of the admission form (Name and father’s Name
must be mentioned on the back side of photographs).
4. Every candidate must keep his/her Computerized National Identity Card with him/her in the Examination
Hall while taking the Examination along with his/her Roll Number Slip issued By the University.
5. Examination center will be allotted on the basis of the permanent address only.
6. The candidate, who has passed his/her Intermediate from some other Board/University, should submit the
Original Migration certificate.
7. Any incorrect statement made in this form may lead to disciplinary action or cancellation of admission at any
time
8. Possession of Mobile phone is not allowed in examination center. If anyone found in possession,
his/her examination will be cancelled besides forfeiture of Mobile Set.

10. Incomplete/unsigned form shall not be entertained.
11. It is the responsibility of the candidate to get informed himself/herself about the schedule of examination.
12. Attestation officer will be held responsible for wrong attestation.
13. Two year (02) gap Compulsory for composite.
