Narrator: Once upon a time, there lived two treasure hunters

whose name where Hugh Janus and Ben Dover. They loved
hunting for hidden artifacts all around the world. It was a
normal summer day when suddenly…
*knock on door*
Narrator: … someone knocked on their door.
Hugh: *opens the door*
Mailman: Good morning good sir! Is this the house of Mr.
Ben Dover?
Hugh: Yes, it is.
Mailman: I bring to you a letter coming from Mr. Dover’s
family. It’s really urgent.
Hugh: Uh, sure I’ll bring it to him
Mailman: Fantastic!
Hugh: *closes door* hmmm.
Ben: Who was that?
Hugh: Mailman. Here. *hands the letter to Ben*
Ben: A letter from mom? *proceed to read the letter*
Hugh: So, what does it say?
FIVE SECONDS OF PAUSE
Ben: Get the car.
NEXT SCENE: MOTHER’S HOME

Ben: Mom?!
Hugh: *looks around the house*
Ben: *sees his mother* Oh no. It’s true. She really turned to
stone.
Hugh: *examines stone* Well that’s strange.
Ben: Of course it’s strange. How did my mother turn into
stone?
Hugh: That’s not what I meant. I mean, isn’t it strange that
someone sent you a letter even though no one is home?
Ben: Huh. I never noticed. That IS strange.
*fairy appears*
Hugh: *pulls out gun* What the fuck?!
Ben: What is that?
Fairy: Stay calm Hugh Janus and Ben Dover. I am your
mother’s fairy godmother.
Hugh: Gosh I need to stop drinking too much. The alcohol’s
getting to me.
Ben: Ummm… Hugh I don’t think you’re hallucinating.
Hugh: So I’m not drunk.
Fairy: Boys, please listen to me. Your mother is in grave
danger.
Narrator: The fairy proceeds to explain why Ben’s mother
turned to stone saying an evil wizard named Dill Boe Daggins
casted a curse. The wizard explained that the curse can only
be lifted by completing 2 trials located in the temples of India.
Ben: Well that’s very specific.
Hugh: Ben, pack your bags we are going to India to save your
mother.
Ben: What?! How are you so sure that the fairy isn’t lying to
us. I mean she just appeared out of nowhere.
Hugh: Frankly Ben, I don’t give a darn. Where is your sense
of adventure? We are treasure hunters for God’s sake. We
hunt for treasures for a living.
Ben: But…
Hugh: Besides, even if she was lying, it’s not really about the
destination but the journey.
Ben: Uh no… I’m pretty sure it’s about the destination.
Hugh: Shut up Ben. To India!
Narrator: So our two adventurers went to their car, went
home to get some things and proceeded to drive to the airport.
Ben looked really nervous while Hugh is very excited for this
adventure. As they arrived at the airport, they bought their
ticket and went for the flight that was going to India.

NEXT SCENE: SOMEWHERE IN AN INDIAN FOREST

AND ALSO 5 HOURS LATER

Ben: Oh gosh I still feel sick from the flight. Where are we?
Hugh: Says here that we are somewhere in India.
Ben: That’s pretty vague.
Hugh: Well the fairy said that we are supposed to look for
temples.
Ben: A temple?
Hugh: *looks around the forest* Doesn’t that tree look a little
unusual?
Ben: Where?
Hugh: Over there.
*they walk towards the unusual looking tree*
Ben: It’s not a tree. It’s… a stone painted brown.
Hugh: *yells* HEY BEN OVER HERE!
Ben: COMING!
Hugh: It’s an entryway.
Ben: It’s a… cave?
Hugh: Let’s head inside. This is definitely the temple that
fairy was talking about.
Ben: Let’s go then.
*Ben and Hugh walk inside the temple only to see an old
woman*
Old Woman: Who’s goes there.
Ben & Hugh: *stays silent*
Old Woman: I know you are there. Whoever you are, I am
warning you. I have a rope and I am not afraid to hang myself.
Ben: Woah! Calm down old lady.
Old Woman: Ahhh there you are!
*woman proceeds to hit Hugh with rope*
Hugh: Ouch! Hey! Ow! Darn it lady!
AFTER 10 MINUTES
Hugh: *out of breath* Darn it.
Ben: Golly.
Old Woman: What are you two doing here?
Ben: A fairy sent us. She told us that we are to look for a
treasure that will release our mother from a stone curse.
Old Woman: A fairy?
Ben: Yes.
Old Woman: I don’t know anything about a curse nor a fairy
but there is a treasure locked inside this door and my job is to
guide adventurers on how to solve the puzzle that prevents
anyone from entering the door.
Hugh: Wait! You mean to tell us that you, a frail old lady,
waited for who knows how many years inside this cave
waiting for some random person to just waltz in here ready to
solve a puzzle that no one has ever done?
Old Lady: Yes.
5 seconds of silence
Hugh: That’s a complete bull-
Ben: *pushes Hugh away* Let’s forget about that Hugh let’s
start solving the puzzle.
Ben & Hugh: *looks at the puzzle door*
Hugh: A line?
Ben: What does this mean?
Old Lady: That line represents order. From left to right, you
are to arrange the events of a story with the help of clue words
that I would give. Below that line are picture that depict said
events.
Ben: Alright. What’s the story?
Old Lady: The Folded Earth. (Explains the synopsis or
summary of the story)
Hugh: Gosh that’s a long story.
Ben: Don’t worry Hugh, we can solve this.
(Here we start to try and find the events of the story in order)
Ben & Hugh: We did it! We did it! ¡Lo hicimos, We did it!
Old Lady: Congratulations adventurers. You solved the
puzzle that no one could ever solve. I can now finally rest in
peace.
Narrator: The old lady turns to dust
Hugh: That lady deserves a rest. Good thing we managed to
solve the puzzle.
Ben: Let’s get the treasure and get the heck out of here. I’m
getting a little nervous staying in this temple.
*the two proceeds to go out of the temple*

NEXT SCENE: 5 HOURS LATER IN A DESERT OF

INDIA
Ben: Gosh. It’s so cold. Why did we travel during the night?
Hugh: Because we don’t have enough time.
Ben: It’s extremely cold here in the desert. I think I’m starting
to freeze.
Hugh: Endure it! We are very close to the temple.
*inside the temple*
Ben: Finally, we are inside the temple.
Hugh: It’s strangely warm in here.
*fairy appears*
Fairy: Hello boys. How’s the journey?
Hugh: I don’t know you tell me.
Ben: How’s my mother?
Fairy: She’s doing fine. There doesn’t seem to be anything
bothering us. The house is fine as well. Nothing is misplaced
and I haven’t touched a thing.
Ben: Good to hear.
Fairy: Oh boys, a friendly reminder. That temple doesn’t
have a guide so you’re pretty much on your own.
Hugh: What? Wai-
Fairy: Goodbye!
*the fairy disappears*
Hugh: Darn useless fairy.
Ben: Hugh calm down. We can figure this puzzle out
together.
Hugh: *sighs* Fine
*the two treasure hunters continue to look around*
Ben: *looks at suspicious looking door* Hey check this door
out. It has a weird drawing.
Hugh: Looks like a pyramid.
Ben: Wait. It’s a plot diagram.
Hugh: A plot what now?
Ben: A plot diagram. It’s supposed to show a which part of a
story is the exposition, rising action, climax, falling action,
and the resolution.
Ben: While looking around, did you see any pictures?
Hugh: Now that you mentioned it, I did see a picture of a guy
that’s covered in blue paint.
Ben: That’s it!
Hugh: What’s it?
Ben: Remember the puzzle that we solved in the last temple?
I think we have to do the same here.
Hugh: Well that’s lazy writing.
*ghost of old lady appears*
Old Lady: Hello again adventurers.
Ben: Woah!
Hugh: I thought you were dead you old bag.
Old Lady: I have been turned into a spirit to once again tell
you the old story of Ramayana.
(Explanation of Ramayana)
Ben: What a wonderful story.
Hugh: So now we have to identify which is which among the
events of the story. Gosh this is hurting my brain.
Ben: Come one Hugh. It will be fun. Where is your sense of
adventure?
Hugh: You dare use my own spells against me Potter?
Ben: What?
Hugh: Nothing. Let’s just get this over with.
*they solve the puzzle*
*door opens*
Ben: We did it.
Hugh: Finally, we can go home and save your mother.
Ben: Yes. Let’s now go book a flight so that my mother can
be saved.
FINAL SCENE: MOTHER’S HOME

Ben: Fairy! We have the two treasure his. What must we do

to save my mother?
Fairy: Give me the treasures.
*the treasures transform into a liquid*
*the fairy pours it into the petrified mother*
Ben: Is it working?
Hugh: Well is it?
Fairy: No it’s not working.
Ben: What?
Fairy: Apparently I sent you two to the wrong adventure.
Hugh: Wrong adventure?
Fairy: Unfortunately, the treasure that I asked you to find are
fruits that are supposed to cure the corona virus which is
already wasted on your petrified mother.
Ben: Are you serious?
Fairy: Yeah… But hey! It’s not really about the destination,
it’s about the journey.
*awkward silence*
Ben: Hugh give me your gun.
Hugh: Sure here you go.
Fairy: Wait Ben, I can explain.
Ben: …
Fairy: Ben? Don’t do this.
Narrator: And so the story ends with the fairy getting
murdered by Ben and with Hugh laughing at the background.
The End.
