3. File selection page
This page allows to manage and log in the data of each tool number and workpiece
number. In this software, can save T1, T2 each 6 kinds of tool data and 16 kinds of
workpiece data.

Press the corresponding button on the process page to display each function page.

5. Wheel shape selection page
5-1 Wheel shape selection
Use the wheel shape selection button to select the shape of the wheel to be used,
and input the corresponding Wheel data.

5-2 Dressing point setting
Put the grinding wheel direct contact with the tip of the dressing pen and teach it to
enter the position (mechanical coordinates) to set the dressing point.
The initial use of new grinding wheel to teaching, if press button first, it is
possible to save the dressing point.
If the wheel replace again will be used (mass production).
PS:If change the wheel or replace the dressing pen or moving the dressing
seat, the dressing point has been changed, be sure to make this
setting and update the dressing point.

5-3 Dressing selection
(1) Press "Dressing Selection" button to select the dressing type.
(2) After selection the dressing type, start setting the general dressing conditions.

(3) Move the wheel from the dressing point, and press the "Ready to end" button
, then press the "Cycle start" button, the machine will start dressing cycle.

(4) End and Inverse End dressing also follow this.
PS:When the first dressing point setting, need first press , then setting the
dressing point, otherwise this action will be dangerous.
(1) Set Clean amount, move the wheel from the dressing point, and press the

PS:Automatic dressing when the wheel be changed, the diameter of the wheel
will be calculated automatically. After the wheel is changed, do not
change the wheel diameter data before executing it.

5-5 Take shape Dressing
(1) When the shape of the End is selected, display "Take shape Dressing" button.
Take shape dressing is used when new grinding wheel forming. When choosing
the shape of taper and free contour is also displayed.
(3) Move the wheel from the dressing point, and press the "Ready to end" button〞
(4) Press the "Cycle start" button, the machine will start dressing cycle.

5-6 Already Take shape Dressing
(1) When the shape of the End is selected, display "Already Take shape Dressing"
button. Already Take shape dressing is used when old grinding wheel forming.
When choosing the shape of taper and free contour is also displayed.
(3) Move the wheel from the dressing point, and press the "Ready to end" button〞
(4) Press the "Cycle start" button, the machine will start dressing cycle.

6. Datum distance setting page
This page is used to set from the dressing point to the datum distance _ Workpiece
rotation center (X) and the datum distance _ Workpiece datum point (Z).
PS:When setting, Please input the wheel data (wheel diameter).

PS:When the dressing pen is replaced, the dressing seat is moved, the set
distance may have changed, be sure to make this setting and update the
set distance. The datum point Z is the data of each workpiece, If the
workpiece number to be used is different, set it again. The datum
point X is the distance from the top center of rotation where the
workpiece is mounted, and the datum distance X does not change even
if a different part number is used.

(2) Select the position of the proofreading on the ID or OD.

(3) After input the diameter of the ID or OD, press the "Next" button.
(4) After touching the grinding wheel to the proofreading position (ID or OD), press
the grinding wheel that is flashing.

(5) The flickering datum distance X becomes constant, indicating that the setting of
the datum distance X is completed.

(2) After touching the grinding wheel to the End of the workpiece, press the grinding
wheel that is flashing.
(3) The flickering datum distance Z becomes constant, indicating that the setting of
the datum distance Z is completed.

6-3 Datum distance compensation (Reserved)
The set datum distance can be compensated.
For compensation, press the button for each datum distance to display the
setting page.

7. Retraction and Take material point setting page
(1) The retraction point is for the connection between the ID or OD, and can be
selected or not within the grinding conditions.
(2) Take material point is the return position of the grinding wheel and the work head
after the cycle is finished, which facilitates the up-down workpiece.
PS:When the ID to the OD, the retraction point need to be set, otherwise, the
collision problem will occur. OD to the ID is the same.
(2) When the grinding wheel becomes steady on the page, the setting is completed.

8. Grinding method selection
(1) Set the data through the GUI software, a file can log up to 18 processes.
(2) Select the grinding surface to be set with the process selector switch, and press
the corresponding "Grinding method selection" button to set the processing
method for the selected grinding surface.

10. Special function
10-1 Process execution switch
(1) Press the "Process number" to be set.
(2) After pressing "Process Execution Switch", the process number will change
from Green to Red, which means the setting is successful. The grinding cycle
will not execute this grinding operation.

10-2 Offset setting
(1) Press the "Process number" to be set.
(2) After pressing the "Offset setting" button, the Offset setting field will appear.

(3) After setting the offset value, the yellow ball will appear in front of the process
number, which means there is a value in the offset field. (If there is no yellow ball,
it means there is no value in the offset field.)
PS:After executing the material point teaching, the value in the offset field
will be reset to zero.
(4) Press the "Offset setting" button again, the end of this set action.

10-3 Rough、Middle->fine function switch
(1) Press the "Process number" to be set.
(2) Press the "Rough、Middle->fine function switch" button, the blue ball will
appear in front of the process number, which means that this function is enabled
on this process.
(3) Repeat (1) and (2) again, the blue ball will disappear, which means cancel this
function in this process.

11. Grinding cycle start
(1) After the workpiece data and grinding conditions are input on the grinding setting
(2) When it becomes , press the "Cycle start" button, then the machine will
start grinding cycle processing action.
