    This special brushing machine benefits

    Brushing/sueding machine with 6 special
    brushes, with independent variation of all
    working parameters, suitable for all types
    of woven and open-width knitted fabrics.
    This machine has different mainstays:
    starting from the high efficiency conferred
    by licensed positive transmission, to the
    particular finishing effect.
    It is equipped with a special device and it
    automatically achieves the brushing zero
    point. Moreover, thanks to the special
    Seam Jumper ® (Crosta’s patent) device
    for automatic jumping of seams, product
    rejections around seams are eliminated
    and seams do not need to be repeated.
    Motor-driven draft cylinders with the
    Crosta programmer software power
    enables contact surface and Tangential
    brushing effect’s completely automatic
    adjustment, thus allowing different fabrics
    interchanging, also without stopping the
    machine.
