listed below who were arrested by elements of this Office on January 23, 2013 at about 5:30
AM by virtue of Search Warrant # 21-2013 issued by Honorable Judge Angelo C. Perez of
RTC, Branch 27, Cabanatuan City for Violation of RA 8294 and incidental to the lawful
searched confiscated the suspected illegal drugs inside their premises located at # 806

OPERATION SYNOPSIS:
On September 4, 2012 at about 7:00PM joint operations between PDEA-3 and

this office led by PCI FERNANDO L CUNANAN JR and SPO2 Aldam P Kulayan,
acted on an information coming from a CIS partner that led to the conduct of buy-
bust operations on Pandacaqui Resettlement Area, Mexico, Pampanga targeting
aforementioned personality suspected to be engaged in drug peddling activities.
CIS Jeffrey Morillo acted as Poseur Buyer and used Five Hundred Peso Bill as
buy bust money who able to gain the trust and confidence of the suspect by giving
two (2) small plastics tea bag containing suspected marijuana fruit rooting top in
exchange to the Five Hundred pesos.
Pre- arranged signal was executed by the CIS poseur buyer by removing his
cap, sensing the presence of lawmen, suspect tried to evade arrest by running
behind his residence but other members of team acted as back up rushed up the
place of transaction and identified themselves as CIDG operatives and effect his
arrest. Suspect was frisked and the back-up member of the team able to recover
from his possession and control an approximately more less five (5) kilograms of
suspected marijuana fruit rooting top in a bricks form. Arrested suspect was
appraise of his constitutional rights and subsequently brought to our office for
further investigation and documentation.
OPERATION PDEA-3, Personnel of Pampanga – CIDT led by PCI CUNANAN and SPO2 Aldam
UNIT/S P Kulayan, and members of Pampanga CIS.
CASE/ The above-named accused is temporarily detained to this Office. Cases for
SUSPECT/S violation of Section 5 and 11 are being prepared for filing before the Office of the
STATUS Provincial Prosecutor, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.
