    OT 020-020V BENCH TOP STEAM STERILIZERS

    OT 020 / OT 020V Bench Top Steam Sterilizers are designed for the sterilization
    of unwrapped medical or dental instruments and materials
    used in laboratories with pressurized steam.
    The state of art control unit is based on programmable microprocessor
    technology. Easy to use microprocessor control unit allows you to programme,
    sterilization temperature and time and drying period for OT 020V.

    The program is started by pushing only one key and operates automatically
    without user’s interference and follows the steps of water filling, heating,
    sterilization, steam discharge and drying.

    For OT 020V, the material can be taken


    out completely dry by means of the quick
    and efficient vacuum drying function and
    the air taken to the chamber passes
    through 0.2 µm biological filter.

    Each step of the sterilization cycle can be


    followed by means of the leds
    on the control panel.

    The control panel includes two digital


    displays for temperature and time. At any
    time, the operator may know the present
    temperature, the remaining sterilization
    or drying time. There are also warning
    leds on the control panel for open lid,
    over pressure and maximum and
    minimum water level in the tank.

    When safety is concerned, all necessary


    steps are taken:

    Lid Lock: The lid is locked by starting the program and can not be opened
    when the chamber is pressurized. There is no possibility of operating the
    program if the lid is open or not closed properly.

    Safety Valve: There is a safety valve against over-pressure.

    Electrical Protection: If the chamber is over-pressurized or there is


    over-temperature, the energy of the heater is cut and the user is warned.

    Manometer: The pressure in the chamber can be


    always followed on the manometer.

    Error Messages: The user is warned by the error messages in case of the
    following failures: Broken temperature sensor, electronic failure,
    over-temperature, water line failure, heating failure and power failure.

    The operation of OT 020 and OT 020V Bench Top Steam Sterilizers is very
    simple and there is no need for any water or drain connection.
