Answer:

Education is an essential tool that imparts knowledge to improve one's life.

The process of Education comprises various steps depending upon the quality
of Education. Education is a key process that plays a significant role in molding the
ethics and culture of the society.

As an educator we should always have our own philosophies in order for us to

know if what is our own purpose why we should teach or educate students. Why is it
important for us as an educator to explain well the content of the subject and why do
we need to discuss it and last why do we have to familiarize our students.

As a good teacher we should always be a role model to our students. It’s hard
to be a teacher if you don’t know your purpose and you don’t know how handle it. By
choosing your career as teacher you should know that being a teacher is not only a
job by profession but by vocation and dedication.
I believe that a good teacher is morally obligated to enter the classroom with
the highest of expectations for each and every one of her students. As a good
teacher, we should always carry optimism towards students in order for them to
show and gain interest towards classroom activities. Thus, the teacher higher the
level of the positive benefits that naturally come along with any self-fulfilling
prophecy. A dedicated teacher with dedication, perseverance, and hard work, it is
not possible for him/her to influence his/her students to interact and engage in the
classroom activities.

My purpose and goal is to bring an open mind, a positive attitude, and high
expectations to the classroom. I believe that I owe it to my students, as well as the
community, to bring consistency, diligence, and warmth to my job in the hope that I
can ultimately inspire and encourage such traits in the children as well.
