Executive Summary
The research report has been prepared as a part of the “Business Research
Methods” course. This research report is prepared based on the study that I
learned in my class. This research report shows what should be the relationship
between teachers and students. And it also shows that what students want from
teachers. The necessary data and information related to research are collected
from both primary and secondary sources. The period of time I spent making
this research report helped me to gather a lot of information about the
relationship between teacher and students. This report will help us in the future.

Part-01: Introduction
University is the place where every year thousand and thousand students get to
graduate. It is the place where one of the most valuable bonds/relationships creates.
And that is the relationship between teachers and students. Teachers are the 2nd most
honorable person in the world after the parents. So, the relationship between teachers
and students is the most important. A good relationship helps a student to get
knowledge from his/her teachers. As well as it helps the teacher to teach his/her
student in better way. Their behaviors, attitudes, communication helps to create this
bond. This relationship helps them to grow up together.

The main limitation of this study is time constraint. The time boundary
was not enough to conduct this type of important study and also, I could
not survey on field because of covid-19 pandemic.
For this I had depend on secondary date research like national newspaper,
internet, different project is report review, thesis report reviews about
relationship between teacher and students.

Part-03: METHODOLOGY
Sampling technique:
I will do online survey to collect sampling for our research study due to covid-19
pandemic situations.
Sample size:
I will survey up to 20 people on several questions about our research study.

I will collect date through internet and online survey.

Survey:
I want survey universities get more information about our research study and we
want to survey on those universities’ students about their relationship with their
teachers.
Observation:
After finding the final result from the online survey, I will observe the situation and
come up with a solution of this problem according to survey and I want to use that
solution to solve the problem which will benefited for our education.

Part-05: Finding and Analysis
Q.1
Here we can see that about 85% of students like a friendly teacher. A friendly teacher
is who keep a friendly environment in his/her classes, act likes a friend with his/her
students. He/she helps his/her student in the study and also in life. We also can see
that only 10% of students like strict teachers. And only 5% of students like liberal
teachers. Overall, we can say that, most of the student like a friendly teacher.

Q.2
Here in this question, I asked them which quality they search for in their
teacher. From this bar chart, we can see that about 55% of students search for
friendliness and 45% of students search for careness. It is shocking that only
10% of students search for a talking teacher. on the other hand, 20% students
look for a wise teacher. overall, we can say that friendliness attracts students
most.

Here in this chart, we can see 95% of students think that getting a friendly teacher is a
blessing. Only 5% was not sure but nobody denies this.

Continuously teaching make student bored, less interest in the study. Students
like those teachers who teach with fun. Here in the chart, we can see that most
of the students strongly agreed with this statement which is 85% of students.
And 10% of students agreed with this statement. Only 5% of students were
neutral. But none of them disagreed with this statement.

The teacher thinks students like skipping classes. But that is not completely
true. Here we can see that majority of the student don’t like those teachers who
skip classes. 10% of the students strongly disagreed that students like those
teachers who skip classes. Thought 30% of students didn’t share their opinion,
they were neutral. Only 15% of students agreed with this statement. Overall we
can say that students don't like skipping classes.

here we can see that majority of the students do not like to do classes of strict
teachers. Only 10% of students said that they do like to do classes of strict
teachers. And 15% of the students are not sure about it. Overall, we can say
that most of them don't like strict teachers.

A teacher is our guardian of education life. They guide us, teach us. Their
behaviors have an impact on our life. A teacher’s behavior makes us interested
or non- interested to do classes. Everyone agreed with this statement.

Classes are for study not for getting stressed. A stressful class makes students
less interested to study. we can see that 55% of students strongly agreed with
this. And 35% of students agreed. Thought 10% of students remain neutral.
Nobody denies it at all.

The student likes a friendly teacher. an unfriendly teacher does not help that much.
That’s why students are unwilling to take an unfriendly teacher’s courses. 35% of
students strongly agreed and 45% of students agreed with this. Thought 15% of
students remain neutral. But 5% of students strongly disagreed with this. It does not
matter for them.

Here the graph shows that 75% of students do not want to do strict teacher’s
courses again after complete one somehow. Where 15% of students will do
again maybe. Only 10% of the students like to do his classes again.

Part-06: Solution and recommendation
After this survey and analysis, we found that the relationship between teacher
and student is very important. And creating a good relationship is the solution
to the problem. To create a good relationship with students, teachers have to
have these qualities.

In the end, we can say that a good relationship is the key of successful
education system. Teacher and student both should create a good relationship
with each other.
