Sign In
Collect Keys / cashbox from Front desk and ensure enough change for the day
Check the Log Book
Ensure Lighting and Music are on
Check Place Settings on Tables both in and outside on the terrace
Clean all Chairs and Tables
Inspect the Floor
Check opening stocks
Follow up store requisitions and ensure there is enough stock of beverage
Make sure menus are available, clean and accurate
Make sure that the Coffee Machine is on and working properly and clean
Check Coffee, Hot Water and Hot Milk
Ensure bar preparation is done
Check cleanliness of glass washing machine
Clean all Stands as well as Champagne and Wine Buckets
Ensure napkins enough and clean for the day’s service
Ensure thorough cleaning of coffee machine
Ensure there is enough mise en place for service
Ensure there is enough mise en place for tea & coffee cups
Ensure Tea Cups, Coffee Cups & Pots are Stainless
Ensure there is enough variety of Tea
Make sure to follow up on the non – available and special for the day by 11.00am
Ensure bin is line with trash bag and clear at the close of your shift
Check all stocks & hand it over to the next shift
Ensure Enough mis en Place for Service the Next Shift

AFTERNOON SHIFT TASK LIST

Ensure Cleanliness of Silverware and Glassware


Ensure Menus are Packed
Re- arrange Bar Stools, Tables and Chairs Properly
Clean all Stands as well as Champagne and Wine Buckets
Clean all Tables and Bar counter with sanitizer
Ensure all Used Glasses, tea, coffee cups & All Bar Small (cocktail shakers, tot measure, cocktail
blender, etc…) are Cleaned
Ensure all fridges are clean and at good temperature
Ensure to Refill Fridges
Control the Condiments and refill (sugar, salt, pepper, etc…) by 5.00PM
Ensure all bills are posted in the POS System
Ensure stock is properly counted
Write requisition for next shift
Hand in job repair requests to F&B if any.
Complete the Log Book and hand to F&B Manager
Ensure Glass Washing Machine water drained, cleaned and Turned off
Check and turn off music
Check that used Glassware, Silverware, and Chinaware are all sent to the kitchen for washing
Check that all Electrical Equipment are Off
Check the Bar is Locked
Turn Off the Lights where necessary
Ensure Enough mis en Place for Service the Next Shift
Bring Restaurant Keys to Reception
