1. ABOUT ESHARE

EShare is a set of multi-screen interactive software designed for sharing, wireless display and
remote control between mobile devices (such as phones, tablets, laptops, etc.) and Bestboard.

1.1 Main Features

● File sharing: share any file (such as audio, video, photo, office document, PDF, e-book,
APK, etc.) from mobile phone or tablet to Bestboard.
● Remote control: support wireless control via wireless mouse, air mouse, keyboard,
touchpad and remote controller, etc.
● Wireless camera and microphone: share the images or audio from phone camera or
microphone to Bestboard in real time.
● TV mirror: mirror Bestboard screen to the client device, and control Bestboard via the client
device.
● Mirroring: mirror client device screen (such as iPhone, iPad, Android device, MacBook,
Chromebook and Windows PC, etc.) to Bestboard or projector, and touch to control client
devices from Bestboard without touch control cable, VGA or HDMI.
● AirPlay: share images, audio, videos of iPhone, iPad or iPod touch to Bestboard.
● DLNA: support DMR and any APP compatible with DLNA protocol.
● Wireless annotations: annotate Bestboard screen via phone in real time on TV mirror
function.
● Multi screens (9 screens): cast multi device screens to Bestboard, and the screen on
Bestboard will be split automatically.
● Display group: connect the client device to the home Bestboard, enable Mirroring, and then
cast the screen of home Bestboard to multiple Bestboards.

Please ensure the client meets the following requirements:

1.4 Network Requirements

EShareServer

Please ensure that EShare Server and EShare client are at the same network.
TCP Ports: 56789, 25123, 8121 & 8000
UDP Ports: 48689, 25123

DNS: h1.ee-share.com

Please enable WiFi router broadcast function.

For your great user experience, it is strongly recommended to connect Bestboard to Ethernet and
connect the client device to 5GHz Wi-Fi band.

AirPlay/iMirror

Please ensure that mDNS of network/AP/router (if possible) is enabled.

TCP Ports: 51040, 51030, 51020 & 51010

UDP Ports: 5353 (mDNS to broadcast Airplay)

2. LAUNCH THE CLIENT AND CONNECT IT TO ESHARESERVER

2.1 First Launch

Please ensure that your client device and Bestboard are connected at the same network, and
then launch “EShareServer”. Next, scan the QR code below or visit the website to download
and install EShare APP.

2.2 Guide for Android

2.2.1 Connect To Bestboard

Please ensure that your Android device and Bestboard are connected at the same network,
launch EShare on the phone, and EShare will automatically find the name of Bestboard device.
Next, click the device name you plan to connect, and the client device will be connected to
Bestboard. Or you can click “Scan QR” and scan the QR showed on Bestboard to connect to
Bestboard.

2.2.2 File Sharing

Share any file (such as audio, video, picture, office document, PDF, e-book, APK, etc.) from
mobile phone or tablet to Bestboard.

2.2.3 Mirroring

Click “Mirroring” to cast the Android device screen to Bestboard.

Launch the “Mirroring”

function, and then you can
enable/disable the
mirroring from the Notice
Bar.

2.2.4 TV Mirror

Click “TV Mirror” to mirror Bestboard screen to phone, and touch the phone to control Bestboard.

2.2.5 Remote Control

Click “Remote” to act your phone as wireless mouse, remote controller, keyboard, air mouse, etc.

2.2.7 Share files from other app to Bestboard

Open other app and share files to Bestboard via EShare.

Or you can stream files to Bestboard via other compatible clients with DLNA feature.

2.3 Guide for iOS

2.3.1 Connect to Bestboard

Please ensure that your iOS device and Bestboard are connected at the same network, launch
EShare on the phone, and EShare will automatically find the name of Bestboard device. Next,
click the device name you plan to connect, and the client device will be connected to Bestboard.
Or you can click “Scan QR” and scan the QR showed on Bestboard to connect to Bestboard.

2.3.2 File Sharing

Share any file (such as audio, video, picture, etc.) from iOS client to Bestboard.

2.3.3 Mirroring

Click “Mirroring” to cast the iOS device screen to Bestboard. (Or you can mirror your phone
screen to Bestboard via AirPlay.)

2.3.4 TV Mirror

Click “TV Mirror” to mirror Bestboard screen to the phone, and you can touch your phone to
control Bestboard.

2.3.5 Remote Control

Click “Remote” to act your phone as wireless mouse, remote controller, keyboard, or air mouse,
etc.

2.3.6 Share files from other app to Bestboard

Click “Share” on other APPs such as Email, File Manager, Browser, etc., and then select
“EShare” to share the file to Bestboard.

2.4 Guide for Windows/Mac

2.4.1 Mirroring

Please ensure that your Windows/mac and Bestboard are connected at the same network,
launch EShare, and EShare will automatically find the name of Bestboard device. Next, select
the device name you plan to connect, and click "Screen Sharing” to share Windows/Mac
screen to Bestboard. Besides, you can touch Bestboard to control Windows/Mac when PC is
casted to Bestboard.

2.4.2 TV Mirror

Click “TV Mirror” to mirror Bestboard screen to the Windows/Mac PC, and you can control
Bestboard via Windows/Mac PC.

2.5 Guide for Multi Screens

2.5.1 Multi Screen Settings

Launch EShareServer on Bestboard, and click “Setting” icon on the lower right corner to select
multi screens.

2.5.2 Multi Screens

Please ensure that your client device and Bestboard are connected at the same network, launch
EShare, and wait for the device list to show Bestboard device name. Next select the device name
you plan to connect, and click “Screen Sharing” to share the client device screen to Bestboard.
Multiple screens can be casted to Bestboard, and Bestboard screen will be split automatically.
Casting screens from different OSs (Mac/Win/iOS/Android/Chrome) together onto Bestboard are
supported.

2.5.3 Select Audio Output Channel

The audio of last casted device will be output by default from Bestboard on multi-screen mode.
You can click the split screen on Bestboard to select to the audio output channel.

2.5.4 Full Screen or Multi Screens

Click the “Full Screen” icon at Bestboard bottom right corner on multi-screen mode to display full
screen. Click the icon again on full-screen mode to go back to multi-screen mode.

2.6 Guide for Display Group

2.6.1 Display Group Settings

Launch EShareServer on Bestboard, click the icon to enter the setting interface. Click
the switch icon “Turn on/off Display Group” to turn on the display group, and Bestboard device
names will be displayed in the device list if Bestboards are installed with EShareServer and are
located at the same network. Next, select the device name you plan to set up a display group, and
click “OK” to end the settings.

Notes: the multi-screen mode will be disabled by default if the display group is enabled.

2.6.2 Guide for Display Group

After the settings, connect any EShare client (iOS/Mac OS/Win/Android/Chrome OS) to the home
Bestboard, enable Mirroring, and then cast the screen of home Bestboard to multiple Bestboards.
