Reddit, a bare-bones social network self-titled as the “front page of the internet,” can be a powerful tool

when used strategically. Reddit is composed of a very tech-savvy audience that bristles at any obvious
marketing tactics. : Creating a network and creating a community.

A market entry strategy is the planned method of delivering goods or services to a new
target market and distributing them there. When importing or exporting services, it refers to
establishing and managing contracts in a foreign country. As our business model refers to a
service based industry, we will be launching our website with the help of various social
media. We will do tie-ups with Facebook, twitter and other networking sites.

Pricing is one of the four elements of the marketing mix, along with product, place and
promotion. Pricing strategy is important for companies who wish to achieve success by
finding the price point where they can maximize sales and profits.
Penetration pricing will be our strategy. Initially, we will be offering demo to our customers
so that we can disrupt the market share. Later on, we will be increasing our charges which
will be minimal to run the website and application costs.

In our business, we have to keep all records of number of views, monthly demand of our
products & services. According to all these factors, we will plan our future operations.

As we all know, market is ever-changing. We should ready with our further plans and
strategies. We have to be ready with bandwidth needed for future perspective. We will be
adding new projects, timely updates and upskilling programs as well according to the
demand of market. IT professionals working with us will have feasibility to work with ease .
Thus will have to keep a team which is aware of the technical issues and can have
communication with between the companies and the free lancers .

As this business is a three way communication between individuals and IT firms, we will be
continuing on same business domain which can be latter segregated into segments each
focusing on free lancers and providing add on supports to the companies.

There will be different strategies to expand our customer base. For example, Reddit it can
help to create network and create a community of all the free lancers and people having the
same interest . This can he used along with other social platforms like LinkedIn as it can be a
great place to promote your content, share ideas, and build your brand.

Step 1: Business objectives
To provide a comfortable work environment with ease and all feasibility, though WFH
something that benefits employees as well as freelancers

We will be providing all solutions to new individuals willing to work from home , also
projects for free lancers (those who are in search of projects matching their expertise)

A proper synchronization with the IT professionals and the companies will help us pioneer
in our field. We will be improving quality of the projects and enhancing our WFH
environment so that no one can compete us.

Based on the business objectives, we will be doing customer segmentation as per
qualification, age and knowledge. We will model the number of new clients (firms) and
individual also we will have to monitor our customer retention rate required to achieve the
