Further to the discussions we had with you, we are pleased to offer you the position of Packing Incharge–
SAP PP in our organization.Your Annual Gross CTC will be 800 EUR. The deductions as
per the company policies and the government norms would be applicable.

The first 3 months would be considered as the probationary period. You should be willing to work from client location,
if required.

We expect you to join us on Nov 30,2020 Please note that this offer is valid till Nov 30,2020, your acknowledgement
and confirmation (can be made through email) in response to this letter with in offer validity period. Youwill need to bring
all your original qualification documents, Passport,PAN Card, relieving documents and payslips of last threemonths for
verification and submit a copy of each on the date of joining.

Dear Surendra,

While working with us you may be required to travel onsite to provide your expert services for our customer located in
Middle East region. During your tenure onsite you are scheduled to work through Sunday to Thursday. Your monthly
onsite allowance would be 40,000 INR and the equivalent amount would be deposited to your forex card in the form of
the currency used at the customer location. Onsite allowance would not be applicable during travel for visa renewal to
your home location. Bank Transfer/Exchange/Transaction Charges would be deducted from this amount.
