Al Bawani Hse Box Culverts Inspection Report: Sayed Mansour

1) An inspection was conducted of culverts under a road to identify potential hazards for an upcoming cleaning activity. 2) Six culvert boxes were inspected and found to contain excessive amounts of unwanted materials and waste, including chemical drums, furniture, bricks, and general waste. 3) Due to the height of the culverts preventing equipment access, manual handling will be required, increasing risks such as insect bites, slipping, and sharp edges that need mitigation through precautions like pest control, lighting, and PPE use.

Summary:

As the height of the culvert is not enough for any equipment to work inside even “Skid Loader” cant get in & the stored or damped
material and garbage is at this place since long ago. It is therefore all above precautions mandatory before the activity.
