BUY OFFER: FROM SOUTH AFRICA 3M 1860 STOCK: PROGRESS SUMMARY: 04 Dec 2020

My name is Sunil and I initiate and facilitate Deals on behalf of buyer team, the summary of your
offer as per our understanding is as below:-

1. Demand : Buy Offer – 4 billion 3 M 1860 N 95 respirator mask , CIF Hong Kong port

2. Time for Delivery: Airfreight can normally be made available within 7 Days, loading takes 1
Day Per Flight (overnight) and it takes standard flight duration for goods to arrive at Hong
Kong Port. ( this will take minimum 21 day whatever any one says , flights are simply not that
easily available )

3. Stock Availability: Confirmed that 04 Billion masks of fully genuine 3M 1860 N95 respirator
mask is stock is available at warehouse at City of Johannesburg, Port being O.R Tambo
International Airport. We confirm that this stock is on the ground in Johannesburg and is
READY to be exported.

4. Packaging : 20 masks each per box , 10 box per carton

5. Origin of Stock: USA & European Origin Only (the % split is unknown)

6. Customs Clearance: This stock is being held WITHOUT customs clearance and is 100% free
for exports without any restrictions (even if it is customs cleared it should free for export
without any restrictions) – This stock in a Bonded Warehouse in Johannesburg.

7. Lien and Encumbrance: The buyer will not be responsible for any encumbrance or lien and
the stock and will be transferred with clear title.

8. Price: Price USD 1.70 per mask (Base price: USD 1.62/- Commission to buyer 8 cents)

9. Commission: US 8 cents for Buyer side only - included in the price,

10. Payment Mode: Payment should be on sight at Hong Kong and inspection. Reference
Stage 8 in process below. To be released after provision of Full SGS Report and verification
thereof at Hong Kong airport.

11. Documents : SGS inspection Available, Import Documents Available, proof of origin
Available: Proof of ownership Available, Buyer Need to do verification of SGS Yes, Other
factory related documents Available, all the above after confirmation of blocked funds in
favour of Seller has been received.

12. Proof Stock: To be be provided after step 6 ( Reference stage 6 in process below)

13. Reach of seller Intermediary : Seller Intermediary who is in touch with Sunil is directly in
touch with : Seller mandate with direct reserved stock (level 2)
14. Process : As below:- ( Initial Zoom Call and completion of NCNDA immediately after an
absolute must ) rest do make changes where you feel like , we will re evaluate

Buyer need to sign , only one authorised person from buyer will sign as paymaster , may
be Sunil will sign and give bank details as Sunil is in another country ( This is only to avoid

5 LOA Attestation letter from attorney required

These 4 documents need to be submitted now, 1,2 and 4 are must to kick start the deal

6 A2A meeting /call Within 24 hours of POF as below:-


In line with global banking regulations and compliance our institution issues an encrypted
24bit verification code to an officer of the court or a designated employee of another
banking institution. Once said individual has been identified they should submit their full
name, ID and designation of employment. Thereafter the bank’s security department will
conduct a AML/KYC procedure then issue the E24B PIN. Next a designated time slot will be
given for the verifying party to call into the head of Private banking. Next the Private
banker with the E24B PIN given to them will be able to access said client account and the
verification process can begin.
Please keep in mind that is only a fund verification for your comfort and security to release
the necessary POP for buyer to fund the third party neutral escrow account in Hong Kong.
SPA draft will be discussed and penalty clauses laid down With Penalty Clause
Performance BOND 5%.
Sellers attorney will provide SGS and other documents as mentioned in para 11 in above
summary.

Documentation for PI/FCO by seller & ICPO by buyer, signing of SPA by buyer , Commercial Invoice by seller
7 deal to be completed etc.
The ESCROW account will be funded by buyer at a bank at Hong Kong. Citibank will issue
Proof of Funds via Bank Comfort Letter or Pre-Advice of Letter of Credit via MT 799 and/or
Documentary Letter of Credit to the 3M Private Seller.
As per SPA said funds will be transferred via our corresponding banking relationships.
However there will not be a direct swift transfer from private to Citibank and will be

8 Shipping On confirmation of PoF/fund being blocked Seller ships the goods


All shipping documents are handed over to buyer to facilitate
