CHAPTER III

Organization and Management Plan

This section describes the form of business ownership, organization


structure, key officers and personnel, pre-operating activities and pre-operating
expenses.

Forms of Business Ownership

The Rhythm and Glues Company shall be in the form of a partnership


between four people and will provide manufacturing operations to the society.
The partners are to render his/her time and attention to the management and
operation of the proposed business.

a cashier and production crew. The Company will not be needing bookkeepers
and managers since the owners will be handling the Company’s operation as a

Pre- Operating Activities

 Payment for Business Space Rentals

The Rhythm and Glue partnership will rent a 10sqm Business space in Lower
Balmores. The owner of the said building requires 1-month advance payment for
the rent. In this space provided the partnership will reckon their business.

To be able to operate the business legally, the Rhythm and Glues partnership
will comply all the requirements that will be needed and will get a license to start
the business.

 Applying for Business insurance

The Rhythm and Glues partnership will apply for a business insurance that
will protect the business from losses due to events that may occur during the
normal course of the business.
