About the role - Strategy & Operations Associate at Scaler


The role would involve working directly with Business Unit Heads of Scaler to drive mission-critical initiatives spanning across
Strategy, Product, Growth, Operations and Partnerships.

Key responsibilities would involve:


● Structuring ambiguous strategic problems to help the business unlock product-market-fit and scale
● Generating data-driven insights to support product iterations and GTM strategy
● Designing and implementing cross-functional initiatives to scale the business non-linearly
● Owning key external stakeholder and corporate relationships
● Preparing critical strategy documents and excel models for the Scaler Leadership Team and Board

Preferred experience:
● 1-2 years of experience with a distinctive track record of impact (please do not apply if years of experience is greater
than 2)
● Preferred experience in one of the following:
○ High-growth Startup
○ Client-facing Management Consulting
○ Venture Capital
