I write my goals in order to strengthen myself in the places where I am having diffi culty and to be an experienced teacher in my
work, and the reason for successful work is always due to setti ng goals, and therefore to be a successful and professional person in
my work, I must set my goals to strive for and achieve them. Consequently, setti ng goals will benefit me as a teacher, such as
increasing the educational level and increasing self-confidence. Also, the teacher controls her time management by setti ng goals.
Achieving goals is a wonderful thing that makes you feel accomplished

I have written this professional development plan to helps me as a student teacher to develop my skills while teaching this
semester. I write three goals, first, I will Integrate Tech Tools and 4 programs for students to study their subject (math - English-
science) online, by using different programs to grab the student attention
Secondly, manage student behavior using three methods in class. Such as ClassDojo, putti ng student in groups of four, punishment
to discipline bad behavior. Thirdly, organize and manage my time. this will help to finish my work on time, and to be in the right
way.
However , I explain on this document each skill and what the actions that I will keep track of , to achieve my goals, support that I
need from both MCT,MST and some data that could help to achieve my goals

Goal PDP Part 2 –
1: By the end of semester 7, I will Integrate Tech Tools and 4 programs for students to study their subject complete
(math - English- science) online after TP

n 1: _The beginning is using one program (Nearpod, kahoot, twinkl or BrainPOP) with students to see their
interaction with the lesson and their understanding of the lesson.

_ I will give the students some instructions at the beginning of the semester, for example: To explain the
lesson we will use the (Nearpod), to solve a competition between students after completing the
explanation and understanding of each unit we will use (Kahoot), to solve worksheets we will use
(Twinkl), to watch an educational video with some games and competitions We're going to use (brain
pop).

_ Monitor and record notes on students' performance while using this program.

_ I will dedicate 15 minutes from the end of each lesson to using one of these programs, to assess
students' understanding of the lesson.

_ The purpose of these programs is to integrate play and entertainment with study because games and
competitions help attract the student's attention.

_Through games and competitions, the student acquires some skills, such as speaking fluently, speed in
solving, improving the language of communication with others (when placing them in groups).

Because the schools are full of students, teachers there was not enough space for me, so I did ( Alternative Tasks)
which was difficult for me to achieve my goals, because my students were my friends from college. My first goal is to
teach students about the programs that we will use so that the lessons are easier for us to understand. On the first day
of the first week I told the students what programs they should install in their computer, the next day I started using
Zoom program, a very successful and good program for studying, but we and the students faced some problems. For
example, I am a teacher when I have control when I play a video for students who cannot hear the sound. A second
problem that I encountered was that students could not hear my voice, so these problems take a long time to fix, and
they take time out of class.
As for the students, their problems were in several programs, such as the microphone zoom does not work for them, or
the Internet does not work, in other programs such as Kahoot they have difficulty entering and this takes a long time
from the class so I had to open the camera and teach them in the whiteboard .
Although they were my friends (students), we faced many problems because we were using many programs at the same
time, but we tried to correct the situation. By finding a quick solution, for example, when the audio of the video was not
working in YouTube, I played it from my phone

In this goal, I was hoping that I could control the behavior of the students. The first strategy I used was to
divide the students in the class into four groups. Each group had two students, because the number of grade 8
students was only. This strategy was effective because the class students were my colleagues from college and
they were polite, so I did Using this strategy at the time of teaching, which is the one who answers and
participates more with me, the group gets a sticker.
The other strategy, Class Dojo, was very effective with students. They were completing their tasks until they
got a lot of points. They used to participate by asking permission and speaking until they were authorized.
And the last strategy I could not use because the students were polite, and because all the work and duties
that we do via the Internet, so I could not punish them.

On this last goal, I hoped upon completion (teaching practice) that I would be able to organize my time. So I
was attending the lesson two days before my demonstration appointment, before explaining my study, I made
sure to enter 30 minutes before I could prepare the things that I would need so that I could control my time
that I used to ask and send to the wanted students and the important materials that they should bring to the
class So, for example in the science class we did a seed germination experiment, so I sent the students the
materials we needed like water, seeds and cotton so that we had enough time in class.
Also, I was giving time for things, for example ten minutes for introduction, 15 minutes for explaining, and for
closing it was five minutes.
I was using a timer during the demonstration and it was effective and excellent because I was able to control
my time well and not waste time from the class.
In some programs, such as the Nearpod, there was a timer for each activity, but sometimes I used the online
digital watch.
