Executive Summary
We mainly focused on the IT infrastructure of Aarong in this report. Information system,
an integrated set of components for collecting, storing, and processing data and for
providing information, knowledge, and digital products. Business firms and other organizations
rely on information systems to carry out and manage their operations, interact with their
customers and suppliers, and compete in the marketplace. Information systems are used to run
inter organizational supply chains and electronic markets. For instance, corporations use
information systems to process financial accounts, to manage their human resources, and to
reach their potential customers with online promotions. Many major companies are built entirely
around information systems including Aarong.

The main components of information systems are computer hardware and software, network

technologies, data resources, human resources. The hardware, software, and
telecommunications constitute information technology (IT), which is now ingrained in the
operations and management of organizations.

What is server?
A server is a computer or system that provides resources, data, services, or programs to other
computers, known as clients, over a network. In theory, whenever computers share resources
with client machines, they are considered servers.

How a server work?

In server a device must be configured to listen to requests for clients on a network connection. In
server operating system are installed. when a client requires data from a server, it send a request
over the network. The server receives this request and responds with the appropriate information.
This is the request and response model of client-server networking, also known as the call and
response model.

Types of server:
1. Web servers: A web server is server software, or hardware dedicated to running this software,

network.

1440 servers per rack) are achievable with blade systems.
