Directions: Read the series of interdepartmental memos from a law firm. The emails are about legal action
which is to be taken against a local celebrity. Then, answer the comprehension questions, which are grouped
according to the skill you will need to use.
1.3 ESSENTIAL READING COMPREHENSION SKILLS ACTIVITY
Directions: Read the series of interdepartmental memos from a law firm. The emails are about legal action
which is to be taken against a local celebrity. Then, answer TWO OF EACH of the comprehension questions,
which are grouped according to the skill you will need to use. (10 total questions). You choose which two
questions you answer from each skill set; however, make sure you select one vocab from Analysing.

For each email, decide on an appropriate subject line.

Using information from the material, give two qualifications or characteristics of each of the following candidates. Justify your response for
