    The first person that I will consider in this text will be my cousin, she is a doctor
    and her work is very demanding because being a doctor carries a great

     WHAT ANIMAL IS? The white-winged turkey
    • HOW IS IT PHYSICALLY? It is a slender bird that has black
    plumage with green reflections on the back and a long tail,
    with a bare throat, a bluish-gray beak that turns blacker at
    the tip, and its legs are pinkish to orange.
    •THAT EATS? The white-winged turkey feeds on more than
    20 different plant species: seeds, fruits, leaves, flowers, grass
    shoots, naranjillo and beans, among others ...
    • WHERE DO YOU LIVE? It lives in ravines of the dry forests
    of the Peruvian North Coast.
    • WHAT ELSE DO YOU KNOW ABOUT HER? The White-
    winged Guan is fighting a tough battle to regain its former
    territories and the fact that it is reproducing in freedom is a
    first great victory over its extinction.

     WHAT ANIMAL IS? The Peruvian cutter
     HOW IS IT PHYSICALLY? It measures 18.5 cm. It has a
    relatively short and powerful bill, with a somewhat
    rounded tip and slightly serrated edges. It is striking a
    powerful crest that bristles when alarmed.
     THAT EATS? It basically feeds on leaves, and to a lesser
    extent on fruits.
     WHERE DO YOU LIVE? Its natural habitat is arid and semi-
    arid areas with variable vegetation cover, generally
    dominated by carob-type trees.
     WHAT ELSE DO YOU KNOW ABOUT HIM? This animal
    was in danger of extinction, however, some companies
    have not stopped that people enter their territory,
    resulting in a preserved dry forest.
