MAJOR PROJECT (January-April,2020)


Area of Training : Production
Company : Nestle India Limited, Tahliwal Factory, Himachal Pradesh.

I worked towards minimizing losses in the Maggi Noodle cake production by analyzing
the Process Capability via statistical means and also through weight variation check. I
was a part of the cake compactness trial of the Noodle cake initiated to reduce the overall
cost of production per mio and minimize losses involved.

SUMMER INTERNSHIP (June-July, 2019)


Area of Internship : New Product Development and Q.A.
Company : Dharampal Premchand Ltd., Noida, Sec-60.

I worked towards the development of a variety of hard boiled candies, chew candies, fruit
leathers, chocolate compounds and snacks. I got the opportunity to participate in the
Machine Trial for Centre Filled Hard Boiled Candy and did the quality testing for the
same.

SUMMER INTERNSHIP (May-June,2019)


Area of Internship : Quality Assurance Department.
Company : Haldiram Snacks Pvt. Ltd., Noida, Sec-67.

I performed the chemical and microbiological quality analysis of the various raw materials
and final products of the company like Moong Daal, navrattan Mix, etc and also checked

for the presence of any bacterial colonies.

Area of Internship : Quality Assurance Department.
Company : Dabur India P.v.t Ltd, Kaushambi(Ghaziabad).

I performed the chemical and microbiological quality analysis of the various raw
materials and final products of the company like honey, juices, Hajmola, Ginger garlic
paste, etc.

CONSUMER AWARENESS SURVEY (May-June, 2017)


Area of Study : Ghaziabad (Uttar Pradesh).
Project Title : Consumer Awareness Survey on Food Consumption.

I conducted a Consumer Awareness Survey among different categories of people and


analysed the level of awareness regarding food labels and safety among consumers.
This was followed by a product analysis of different categories of food like R.T.E, canned,
health foods/supplements, frozen and beverages.
