Job Title: HR Business Partner Commercial & Enabling Functions Guinness

PURPOSE

To drive the HR and People Agenda for the functions (Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, CR,
Legal & GM) through talent management and organization effectiveness to support our
performance ambition.
To provide generalist HR support and ensure that HR Operations are administered
according to the Global and local HR Policies.

To act as a liaison between the employees of the Demand functions and the HR
department’s various procedures.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Master degree in Human Resources, Law, Social Sciences or equivalent


qualifications
• Min 6 years of experience in HR (HRBP, Reward, L&D, Recruitment)
• Proven track record in Change management in multicultural environment.
• Ability to take commercial insights and translate into the Organisation & People
Agenda.
• Ability to build great relationships/partnerships across the function/business unit in
order to be a credible partner to deliver the performance ambition
• Excellent coaching and relationship building skills.
• Broad awareness and empathy for Talent, Reward and Organisation Effectiveness
agendas.
• Ability to analyse and use systems & data to understand people and organisational
trends & issues to ensure we have the talent to meet the business needs
• Has a continuous improvement mind-set constantly asking what needs to happen
to bring clarity, simplicity & agility

ACCOUNTABILITIES

Talent Management & Development

• Own the development of MYTP (Multi Year Talent Planning) working closely with
local HR team and HRD
• Works with the function to identify and build internal successors to strengthen our
talent pipeline through talent reviews and succession pools discussion
• Develop and execute plans to enhance both functional and leadership capability to
achieve our strategy
• Work closely with global functional capability team and local F/H and managers to
implement global program based on local priority and needs
• Embed core leadership programmes (DLPP, BPC, Situational leadership) and
facilitates them to relevant people managers.
• Coaches managers and employees, helping them be more effective and world-class
leaders

Performance Management

• Monitors, audits, builds capability for deployment and embedding of P4G


• Coaches line managers on performance management and develop framework to
promote a performance driven culture

Organisation Effectiveness & Engagement

• Lead organizational development initiatives (e.g. organization design and


effectiveness, culture transformation) for the business area working with the HRD
• Use the Change & OE tools/frameworks created by the global OE team. Accountable
for the embedding of these tools/frameworks within the business area.
• Understands and reviews the organizational structure in the business area to
ensure this is fully optimized
• Coordinate Values survey analysis and facilitation within the function as part of
building the desired culture, manages and monitors employee engagement
interventions and practices
• Accountable to driving HR for compliance in the business area

Employee Relations

• Oversees and conducts, where appropriate in conjunction with the line manager,
in market interviews and investigations on ER issues, complaints, and grievances,
connecting with HR Solutions to ensure proper case management.
• Diversity –Builds/contributes to and executes diversity plans in business area.
Understands the diversity requirements in the location and follows the guidelines

Resourcing

• Manage resource planning on an annualized basis for optimized headcount


management and to achieve our strategy closely working with Reward and Talent
Engagement
• Work closely with Talent Engagement Team to execute resourcing process
