Work Scope

Enabling decision-making of business partners within a domain/CoE. KRAs will be defined within the
domain.

A typical work-day for a PAG Analyst will involve…


• Building business domain, identifying problems and developing innovative solutions proactively.
• Interacting with various business owners to understand the business problems
• Analyze data, formulate conclusions and provide summary analysis for all stakeholders
• Delivering optimum Analytical Solutions using data, business context, tools & techniques
• Automate and scale, where possible, to build efficiencies and Global solutions
• Driving Programs oriented towards building new capabilities/ infrastructure for better information
management
• Maintaining all reporting solutions independently in an accurate and timely manner; Working with
Business counterpart to develop new reporting solutions as required.
• Providing adhoc analysis and any data pulls required to support the segment.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong analytical mindset


• Strong business acumen
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent customer management skills
• Effective management of ambiguous situations
• High adaptability to changing work requirement

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience in working with large data sets


• Knowledge of SQL/ Tableau/ R/ Python and Statistical Analysis
• Product and technology knowledge (PC, Cloud, IoT, Server, Storage, Networking etc.)
