You have recently being graduated from COMSATS University Islamabad, with Major in HRM.
A reputed organization hire you and assigned you first task. The task is to develop a test for
different positions they are planning to hire in near future. You have been given job
descriptions of the posts along with criteria of selection test.
The test comprises of following components

3 You have to develop a scenario by thinking some problems that are related to the job
position (it can be communication, team management or any other). For this portion we
can have a discussion.
Points to Remember:
i) Keep job position and qualification required under consideration while making the
questions. Difficulty level of the questions should be on the basis of relevant
education and qualification.
ii) Before submission each group must assure that their questions are not same.
iii) You have to develop a separate sheet of answer keys too and all the answers
should be bold in the document too.
iv) List of all the websites used to develop the test-bank.
Job 3: Manager Power & Sensors
Professional Experience of monitoring power infrastructure with overall responsibilities for designing
Experience energy efficient & intelligent power infrastructure including retrofitting, planning and
supervising the deployment ensuring quality & manage regular maintenance, and other
power related activities, across all projects.
Thorough understanding & reliable experience in design & deployment of Multi-Source
Power Infrastructure with auto-failover backup system (DESCO, Solar/Wind, Generator,
Battery Bank). Experience in planning retrofitting and energy efficient power infrastructure
with ability to interpret designs, analyze & forecast power requirements at any given time.
Experience of managing multiple projects simultaneously & leading team(s) of Engineers,
Technicians and Electricians.
Hands on experience as an Embedded/ R&D Engineer or similar role.
Hands on experience on different industrial grade sensors, embedded system projects,
integration of embedded system.
Ability to prepare official correspondence or project documentation materials.
Qualification BS Engineering (Electrical, Power Electronics)
MS Engineering (Power Electronics/Renewable Energy)
Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and/or Certified Energy Auditor (CEA) and/or other
certifications
