1. What roles do attitudes, values, and emotions play at a firm like Recycline?

What role do
your existing attitudes about recycling affect how you see a company like Recycline?
2. What is your perception of CEO Eric Hudson? On what do you base your perception?
What is the public's perception of green products according to Marketing Director C. A.
Webb? Why do some people have that perception, and what can Recycline do to change it?
3. Would you want to work for Recycline? Why or why not?
1. Attitudes, values, and emotions play and important role in any company, not just
Recycline. For a company to succeed, it must have leaders and employees that share the
same ideas with what the company has in mind. Recycline for example, cares about the
environment and that encourages them to make products that are just as good as the
standard products of that market while making them from recyclable resources. It seems
that to them, it is not just about turning a profit but also about preservation of the
environment, so they need to find people that share that same idea of taking care of the
environment so that they do not just have employees that are just in it for the money.

2. I believe that Eric Hudson has admirable goals in starting a company that is determined
to preserve the environment with the use of manufacturing products made from
recyclable materials. It is certainly an aspiring goal of getting people to care about the
environment because according to the article, they are also trying to move into the market
where kids are the target in order to spread the message of looking after the environment.
Based on Marketing Director Webb, their marketing is the key in order for the company
to become successful which is why they want to reach out to products like whole foods
and demographics like young families.

3. I think I would probably want to work for Recycline because they have an aspiring goal,
and strong corporate social responsibility in trying to get people to pay attention to the
environment and to what products they buy. They are a company that not only is trying to
turn a profit but they are also a company that has a strategy for better marketing,
innovation, and authenticity to show and make products that provide alternatives that are
more environmentally friendly.
