    Dear Dr. Montalbo,

    Greetings!

    This is to report to your good office that there is no power supply at Ralph G. Recto Building
    (RGR Building). I have reported it to the FMSO Office. The electrician, Mr. Elmer Saunar
    checked and found out that the circuit breaker already malfunctioned and needs replacement.

    In connection with this, may I request for the purchase of the said circuit breaker. The
    specification of the said circuit breaker was 150A 3-Phase, GE Brand. If the said specification is
    not available, 225A 3-Phase can be a substitute.

    I hope for your positive response regarding this request. Thank you very much.
