    Dear Mr. Kiran

    As per our payment agreement plan, we agreed on completion of the


    software implementation within 3 months of our signing of our agreement.
    However, there are some issues regarding it. It has already been 5
    month and still there are few glitches in the software. Also The IT
    technician assigned by your company is not punctual on his time and the
    issues explained to him are not been resolved on time.

    About the software features, if there lies any kind of misunderstanding


    about our demand with the software then I would like to organize a small
    meeting with your developer regarding the features discussed in our
    agreement.
