- Training for worker standard motion with TE
(Technichal engineer) to improve worker skill and
eliminate waste motion.
- Implement 6S, visual management for all section.
- Make SOP (Standard Operating Proceduce) for all
section.
- Monitor and get finished operations/styles of each
member and make daily report individually.
- Advise member for line-up of which style need to do
first or need to prioritize based factory request.
- Measument line performance and summary.
- Check operation breakdown list, GSD operation and
video (once check in sewing line). Make remarks on
what need to be modified, lacking or need add
operations. Advise member to modify for updated
SMV.
- Scope: Managing 8 factories with 12 production
lines each factory. One factory has 1000 sewing
operators and 2000 workforce, working together
with 8 IE staffs, 4 TE (Technical Engineer), 10 GSD
staffs in achieving optimum manpower utilization
through strategic planning, organizing and managing
for highest productivity and efficiency in production.
- Analysis how to make one garment to get SMV, give
initial layout and final layout for each style.
- Analysis SMV with kaizen motion. Discuss and give
suggestion for critical operation with line leader.
- Implement Quick change over, check actual video
for each line in factory to make analysis, then give
suggestion for line leader and supervisor to improve
output.
