Erm...I'm pretty sure if some bloke in the UK fashioned his own .22 Webley I'm pretty sure he'd be up a creek. Sure you could bet a "license" or some such. I'm not talking about any statist permission slip...

lathe was only needed to make the cylinder round. Could have been cut into a hexagon and then drilled like most gun cylinders. The cylinder does not need to be perfectly round. A drill press could handle it. △ ▽ • Share ›
