Disperse tablets in 2-3mL of water and administer within 30 minutes. Discard any unused medication Do not crush tablets. If the medication is to be administered via a small feeding tube, contact pharmacy for omeprazole suspension.

Administration Oral: may be given at any time with regard to feeds.
Shake bottle well before administering suspension.
Monitoring Observe for symptomatic improvement.
Serum vitamin B 12 and serum magnesium in patients on prolonged therapy (1 to 2 years)
Storage Tablets: Store at room temperature, below 25°C.
