A. Getting Started
Welcome to another week of learning! How’s are you? I hope you’re all well and

Eating is part of our daily routine. We eat food to increase our energy, to replenish
our strength, and to power our minds to think more clearly to handle problems. In
our country, it has been a tradition to prepare delicious food during celebrations
which happens several times in a year. During these times, most of us would pile
up our plate with every type of food we see, and will not realize until later that we
have already consumed a large amount of food. This shows that we usually don’t
mind the amount of food that we eat.

water instead of sugar sweetened drinks. We can stay fully hydrated
throughout the day by drinking water. I also always ate fruits and vegetable
because it is an important part of a healthy eating pattern and they are a
good source of vitamins and minerals, including folate, vitamin C and

do you think so?
The aspects of my lifestyle do I think I should be most attentive to eat healthy,
eating well is fundamental to good health and well-being. We know eating healthy
foods is vital to help us grow and develop and keep our bodies and minds strong.
Make good choices more often and limit the bad foods to small portions once in a
while. Being active also is important to a healthy lifestyle. It does not require
physical work and it is very essential to all people eating is what our health
depends on and eating healthy results good health and well-being. Healthy eating
helps us to maintain a healthy weight. And also, physical health will always be one
of the greatest obstacles that I have to face every day but at the same time, is the
one thing that I think I should be paying more attention to because my life is on the
line. Life has a lot of food choices to offer and that's one thing that I just can't easily
deny, and those food choices are unfortunately unhealthy yet extremely attractive.
But I need to avoid because I know it would be bad to my health. Physical health
should always be on our priority list because it is the source of how we feel and
how we respond to everyday life. That's why we should make sure that each
decision we make is for the greater good because decisions made from gut-
feelings and wants, ignoring the consequences in the near future, will only give you
a short-lived happiness. The key to a happy life is a healthy life.
